
Have you ever bought something you didn’t want or need? Have you ever said “yes” when you wanted to say “no”?
It’s a good bet - if there were odds on such things - that all of us have experienced both of the above. Perhaps more than once.
Do you ever complain? What about sticking up for a “right” you believe you have? Ever felt you need to be different so you can “fit in” or conversely do things to “stick out” - both are ways to be different — to change yourself.

Ask ten friends how they see you.
You may find that each person sees something different. Very different in some cases.
Each person has a personal picture of you and it’s as personal as their fingerprints. When someone – even a close friend or relative – describes what they see, you’ll probably find there are things that are agreeable to you and things that aren’t.
Do you think “the you” that other people see is you? The real you?
